"I worked with the bandwidth team when our office started a project to redo our entire network. Their detailed involvement took so much off my plate and kept us updated every step of the way. The way they communicated was proactive to the point where I hardly had to ask them any questions. I had all the information necessary, either before or exactly when I needed it. Even after the fact, when the project was completed, they were very responsive when I had concerns or questions, even if they were not the really the entity handling. I now look for possible ways to work with them again."
